" Garth @undercover is starting to draw up some plans for a custom oil cooler. There is no secret that the oil coolers on the market current are extremely overpriced (BMW tax much?), $800 minimum for essentially a few hoses and fittings with a radiator is crazy. We are looking to put a kit together in the next few weeks, we will log oil temps on the current setup (currently equipped with BMS Low temp thermostat) and with the custom kit and post logs to show cooling improvements. In addition we are looking into a AT transmission cooler as well, we will look into this more when Garth has my car next week and installs my Nitrous Express kit. More details to follow. "

Tomorrow Garth @undercover @undercoverangie will be dyno testing my car. Some of you are aware that my car put down 469/491 (e85/no meth) last time it was on the dyno but with terrible HPFP failure in the mid range When I saw @VargasTurboTech HPFP solution available I immediately ordered it and it was finally installed today. Garth is also sorting some meth woes, installed an n55 catless mid pipe and an e85 sensor to closely monitor the quality of fuel I will be running on map 6. I will be posting up logs, dyno results and video tomorrow afternoon. @Terry@BMS I will likely be emailing you for some help with the backend flash while on the dyno. Can you email me with the latest high concentration e85 flash you have, thanks in advance. Haven't had the car for almost a month so I am PUMPED to get it back tomorrow! "

" I am in the very early stages of looking into this as a possibility. I have sourced a few 6MT's from salvage for around 2k +/- a few hundred depending on mileage ect. I saw on e90 that someone had done a swap on a 535 successfully with no codes and no real drama. Any info on pricing, parts required or knowledge of tranny conversions will be welcome. Setup is in the sig below. My goal is to run vtt-s2 on high boost or with a small shot of nitrous, this I believe will spell disaster for the AT very quickly. "
