" Obviously I really don't know what I'm doing. One of the menus allows you to "actuate" the transmission ... Umm, didn't try that one!
Does anyone know an INPA expert? "

Jeffman replied to the thread BMW 335i 6AT TCU tuning. What do you want to see?.
" INPA has some transmission accessibility:
Select E90 (mine says v1.32)
Transmission: I have three options:
Gearbox / Automatic GS19
Gearbox / Sequential SSG
Gearbox / DXC VGSG

I selected GS19 and was able to get into some menus. The first ones were informational and some others clearly showed status as well as the ability to set values. Somewhere I thought we could set shift values - maybe I dreamt that.
I'll try to upload some screen shots. "

" [QUOTE=Sticky;584597]A competition race car based on a 30 year old street car with which it shares all of its major components with, yes.

How does this change the fact the engine is a naturally aspirated four-cylinder that comes under the hood of the E30 M3? Does the M4 DTM car use modified S55? No. Does the E30 M3 DTM car use a modified S14? Yes.

The same Z4 GT3 that uses a modified S65 engine under the hood of an E92 M3? The same Z4 GT3 that has nothing in common with a Z4M as a new Z4M does not exist? "

If only I had the means to trade up to the new M3. Maybe things will turn up, but in the mean time I eagerly await what you come up with for this n20 "

you guys read that from me lol and yes it is true. remember the whole shitstorm with Powerchip? Matt went through some issues with Wayne and his bullshit lawsuit headaches and then stayed real low key for a while and focused on tuning. then he comes out of nowhere on M5Board, joins as a "guest" vendor (he got banned because the staff demanded he become a sponsor since he was selling tunes for BMWs to the members but "he refused"), and heads straight to the E39 M5 guys.

he then went and fixed a bunch of people's fucked up PC tunes for free cause he's a stand up guy. then he showed some sexy ass gains for an E46 M3 he tuned and right there started JB tuning. he's tuning a lot of platforms apparently, one guy with an M6 got tuned by Matt and had nothing but good things to say. edit: what benefits are there to running the backend flash?
Yes. The E85 backend flash runs a lot more timing than stock and a more aggressive fuel scalar to account for the Ethanol. You need adequate amounts of Ethanol to run the E85 flash as well, generally E50+. If you switched back to a tank of pump gas with the flash you will be running too much timing and a scalar not suited for pump fuel.

If you tend to run E85 just occasionally (and not excessive amounts, such as in a few gallons in a full tank of 91/93) then you'd probably be better off running the pump flash and just running Map 5 when you add the few gallons of E85 to make more boost. Not sure what Map you are running now. "
