@ar design , Nothing i stated was a misrepresentation at the time it was posted. To date you have NOT offered to replace the pipes, but for the sake of @Fishstix , i hope you do because the tag was removed and the issue still exists. You did help him out on the labor, and i think that's a great move to make - in the end you need to take care of the customer. From what i understand he is still waiting on some sort of resolution from you, but i would hope you are doing everything within your power to make things right. "
