After 8 months of development and testing we are proud to now officially launch the Evolve Venturi Intake System.Development started from a desire to complete our tuning package which already consisted of our well known Evolve ECU Remap, Evolve Tubular Headers and Evolve Exhaust. We wanted to design a system which gave a positive impact for the whole driving experience. By taking advantage of aerodynamic principles and using computational fluid dynamics to optimise the airflow, we have engineered an intake system which delivers on all fronts - sharpened throttle response, more torque, improving driveability and of course, increased power. ...Published on 11-05-2012 06:02 PM
This is a very common question we get from the V10 community. We thought it would be a good idea to post up a brief write up about why it is that so many owners with tubular headers (evolve / supersprint etc) are achieving near or over 500whp dynojet and 460+ dyno dynamics consistently across the world. To show you we have taken some pictures comparing the stock primaries to that of a long tube header design. In this case it's the Evolve one as that's all we have but it gives you a very clear illustration: ...Published on 10-23-2012 10:39 PM
Here it is, the Evolve Automotive supercharger kit for the BMW E39 M5 S62 V8. The kit has been under development for some time now getting tested and perfected. They use a Rotrex C38-91 blower which is capable of 1100 CFM and tends to offer excellent mid-range power and throttle response preserving important naturally aspirated M motor characteristics. They include a blow off valve, air to air intercooler, and Evolve Alpha-N ECU tuning. Stage I and Stage II are available. ...
