Cleans up the front a lot! There are many companies out there that make quality ones, or a body shop can paint the stock pieces.

A hairdryer and patience will do the trick! Be careful along the edge closest to the tire, as the bumper is very thin there. I suggest heating and pushing/prying the bottom and workin up.
