    • ECU Tune only BMW S55 (F80 M3 & F82 M4) platform record - VF-Engineering Stage I Hex tuned M4 runs 11.0@126

We are going to see a 10-second tune only F80 M3 or F82 M4 at some point. This is an absolutely incredible result when you factor in the BMW F82 M4 is running only Stage I VF-Engineering S55 Hex tuning software and is on 93 octane pump gas.

It is full weight as well and on street tires. Just a realistic result that is repeatable every day.

On drag rubber that 1.736 60 foot could come down a bit as the 11.008 @ 126.02 pass is achingly close to breaking into the 10's. Eight thousandths of a second? Maybe all the driver needs to do is go to the bathroom and then try again.

This is the quickest software only pass to date. Phenomenal!

I was thinking of attempting the first tune & tire only S55 in the 10's (on race gas), but this guy is going to get there without DR's or race gas LOL.

How much boost are they running?

They need to try a little more intake valve lift.

        Eight-thousandths of a second!
That's close, even by Formula 1 standards.

He was running 295/35/19 Michelin PSS, which is indeed wider than
stock, but still a street tire.

Someone will be in the 10's (tune only) this winter, and it could still
be you! Let us know if you need software.

I've just been waiting until I can pull the DME out for a few days to send it off. I don't have a backup vehicle anymore. Click here to enlarge

        Where are you located?
        There may be other options.

        South Jersey.

Yeah, that's still a bit broad though...

We have a dealer in Philly, and another in the DMV area, both
of which should just be a moderate drive from South Jersey.

Our dealers offer same-day on-site flashing for current model
BMW F-series cars. Appointments on average take 3-4 hours.

I'm amazed an ECU tune with street tyres and 93 octane can achieve this!
