    • Stage 1 BMW N63 ECU tune Dynojet results from BPC (Bimmer Performance Center)

This is BPC's Stage I tune for the BMW N63 motor. Note, this is not the TU but they can accommodate the updated N63 motor in E-Series and F-Series BMW models. Let's take a look a the Stage I results.

      Stage 1:
      15.5 lbs of boost.
Stock rev limiter (can be raised if requested).
      Speed limiter removed.

116 lb-ft of torque at the wheels gained with gains throughout the entire curve.

Keep in mind this is the Stage I as the Stage II will be for those who have downpipes and an intake.

Stage I starts at $700 and Stage II will follow at $800. As soon as Stage II is complete you can expect a dyno and article on it.

For those outside of BPC's Raleigh, NC facility you can mail in your ECU.

Interested to see how close the BPC N63 stage 2 gets to their N63TU Stage 1 (475whp ber BPC site/dyno).

Also interesting how this compares to the Gintani N63 tune you posted a few days ago, the BPC tune appears to be more conservative, as Gintani made slightly more power and it was on a Mustang dyno. Still, Mustang dynos are more subject to manipulation and every car/dyno differs, so overall I'd say they're fairly close.

We kept it conservative for our customer. The car has 160000 miles on her Click here to enlarge. Our stage two should yield much nicer results.
