    • Pump gas power - E82 135i w/ DocRace 6266 N54 turbo kit makes 559 rear wheel horsepower

Everyone gets so caught up in peak numbers on ethanol or race gas they forget N54 owners spend most of their time on pump gas. Making power that is repeatable daily on pump fuel without methanol band-aids or ethanol blends is a far more realistic goal for most.

Made right at 560whp - It was 92 degrees and 48% humidity out today so I'm sure it could have been better.

      Mod list:

      JB4 + MHD - Tuned by EMP
      Ethanol free 93 octane
Tuned on 20PSI (graph shows 21.5 but that was a boost spike)
      DocRace 6266
      AD-E 650HP intercooler
      Fuel-it stage 2
      550i clutch
MMP Port Injection with JB4 controller

A very nice result and not everyone is chasing 8XX whp on race gas.

It's important to put things in pump gas context. Not everyone is chasing a ton of power on race gas. The majority aren't.

Exactly why I made it a point to do it on pump gas only. No E blends, no meth. Something that's easy to daily and maintain.

Congrats. I can see Rich AFR too, this is close to my goal for my N55.

This makes sense. I mean Shiv made 600 years ago on 91 with a fairly aggressive tune. 560 safe on 93 just sounds right.

Shiv and an aggressive tune? Odd.

Exactly. This is a fun and reliable daily. Aggressive tunes are not reliable. But 560whp is fun.

Congrats on the #'s. Do you think there is room for more power on 93 with this set up?

Yes there was more room, but I wanted the 93 tune to be reliable and a great daily.

glad to be apart of this build, justin looking forward to the next steps

*spend most of their time on pump gas if they don't have an e85 station right outside of their neighborhood lolol

Def not knocking these results they are awesome for pump gas, just wanted to remind people we also did 93 testing almost a year ago. Its nice to have a long list of data.
