    • Syvecs N54 standalone ECU delayed indefinitely

This is unfortunate news for N54 fans who hoped to have a plug and play standalone ECU option this year. The Syvecs N54 ECU was delayed last year until Spring 2017 but now Syvecs states it is being pushed back indefinitely due to technical issues.

Syvecs has several direct fuel injection control systems such as those for the Lamborghini Gallardo/Huracan and Audi R8 but the N54 brings with it its own technical challenges.

It seems dedicating the resources necessary toward resolving the N54 technical issues is simply not worth the investment at this time. The project is not cancelled outright but you can basically say it is shelved until further notice.

On the bright side guys the main reason for the delay is the lack of a car for development. The car they are using is waiting on a motor build which is taking FOREVER.

They are also working on new piezo driver boxes.

Anyway, it's going to be delayed a while but keep a positive outlook that it will get finished.

I wonder why they decided to build their motor before even getting their product off the ground first..

I don't think it's 'their' car but someone they used for development.

Womp... Won't be surprised if this gets sidelined again when someone pops up who wants to do a S55 M3/M4 Syvecs setup.
