      MKB has introduced what they are calling the P1000 model. This is an SL with 1000 hp supposedly. They are also stating the car hit 350 km/h at the test center in Papenburg, Germany. Unlike G-power, MKB does back up their top speed claim with a video which you can watch below. We have not seen any dyno charts but the MPH hit sure does a lot of substantiate their power claims. The conversion entails new turbos, cams, and tuning to go with it. We would like to see details on these turbos as well as how MKB installed them. Full specs below:

        that is FAST. The Veyron does 407kph correct?


        THe crazy part is the block is untouched..just cams O_o

        The Veyron can hit 408 so that is pretty amazing.

        These twin turbo V12's have sooooo much potential, nobody has really messed with the turbos. Looks like that is starting to change. I want one to play with...

        Oh you will like it. So much you may never go back to BMW. I would seriously be the only MB I would ever own.

        Well the thing is these V12's are in VERY heavy cars. So if you just want a straight line monster it is a good way to go. They can't match the balance or overall fun a BMW gives you though. They certainly can push you into your seat though.
