Good question and I would like to know as well, not cheap, that is for sure.

and i wouldn't be surprised if the price thats floating in my head right now is not far off.

offtopic, sticky... was it you that ran low 11's and trapping 130+ and 60-130mph in sub 7secs with your supercharged m3? if so, is that on stock internals? i'm tossing the idea of possibly entering the market for an m3 and wondering what most people consider comfortable in terms of boost and what seems to be the highest one can go before entering the "on borrowed time" zone? since its hard to find out realistic results.

I ran 130 but it was high 11's. You are thinking of Drew for low 11's and probably MikeWads for sub 7 seconds 60-130. Yes, these are all stock internals.

8 psi is comfortable for boost with water-meth and we haven't really established where being on borrowed time is, I've seen double digit boost done so far and that would likely be pushing it.

The build was very labor intensive; the owner actually did a lot of work on the car and is very involved. The electronics system had a lot of development work, but now we can do the same system as a plug & play for racing V10's for less than $8k with full VANOS & drive by wire.

The car makes around 500 RWHP.

        Regards,

        Neel
