Good to see more options. Maybe a touch on the high side, looking at N54 downpipes they look more difficult to make in my mind, however, what do I know! I'm glad these are available.

Yeah we have had allot of track days recently so they have been sitting on the shelf. We'll be back on the dyno again next week. Should have the pipes reinstalled over the weekend.

When you get them reinstalled please get me a before/after graph for a new thread. A graph with a tune and the pipes would be great as well. It will make for another great article.

With support on this platform being held to minimum we decided to delight you guys with a set of custom three inch downpipes. They will be available with and without high flow cats for those interested. We already baselined the test mule late last year on a Dynojet at 467 to the wheels and took it to the track promptly afterwards knocking out a few 12.7 second 1/4 mile passes in our Florida humidity.

Now that the fixtures are ready for production we are ready offer these up for sale. The truck will have them installed again early next week and Dyno'd again for gains minus a tune (BimerBoost edit: A follow up article with the dyno graph will be posted once the car is dyno'd again with the downpipes on). Units are constructed of mandrel bent stainless steel tubing and billet v-band flanges. High strength stainless flew bellows are also utilized for product longevity.

Current prices are to be as follows: Catless $995.00 Catted $1350, not bad. For anyone interested please contact me (@EFI LOGIC ) directly via email or pm. We will have a few of these ready to ship late next week in catless versions and the following week for catted version.

My thoughts exactly especially if the customer require Hi-Flows. Compared to 12-1600 dollar price points I considered this a nice point of entry.

I think he might be looking at the N54 market and not considering the S63 market.

you're right Sticky i was. i have no knowledge of parts available for that platform or what they cost....so i'll just slow my roll right here.

If you think that's costly, go take a look at the prices of headers for the S54. All decent options are in that range as well. And that's a relatively large market.

It's alright you just have to keep in mind you can't apply pricing from one unrelated car to another as the market, materials, engineering, etc., are all different.

theyre nice... but not $1000 nice imo. nice to see some products for this platform though

Everyone is a pricing critic these days.

Actually that's a great price considering it's almost 3K for a set for my F10 M5.

We have a set of those coming down the pipeline as well....

EFI any luck for us DIESEL guys send me one to Puerto Rico and you stay at my home for free(of course you pay for your car rental but If i have my Van I'll loan it (sorry not the BMW)to you no charges food is great at my house LOL), sheit Im still waiting for STICKY to show up!! LOL

Good stuff @EFI LOGIC ! Question, any particular reason you decided to put the flex section right at the flange? Not having looked at the space constraints and what have you just thinking it may have been a good idea, and maybe easier, to keep the flex section away from the flange and on the flatter part of the pipe after the bungs? Looks good regardless though, good luck!
