• LOBA Motorsport releases 2.0 TFSI HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) upgrade - $773

All these new direct injected cars tend to get pretty frustrating once passing a certain power level and wanting to upgrade the fuel system. Fortunately, LOBA Motorsport has 2.0 TFSI guys covered with their HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) upgrade. LOBA claims this pump will increase fuel volume by 50% and that it can sustain 130 BAR of pressure making it one of the highest flowing and most powerful HPFP's on the market.

The pump has also been tested up to 8500 rpm which is impressive. VW/Audi guys who have maxed their fuel system definitely should take a look at a price of $773 (converted from Euros).

    Key points:

    • LOBA special nitrided chrome silicon vanadium steel main spring (tested to specific strength/grade)
    • LOBA specaily heat treated piston and cylinder (at specific hardnesses)
    • LOBA special DLC coating processes of piston
    • LOBA special nano ceramic coating of piston and cylinder
    • LOBA optimized clearances of components
    • LOBA piston and cylinder are precision matched parts
    • Each uprated pump is assembled in a clean room environment
    • Each uprated pump is precisely inspected and tested and pre-lubed before packing

    IMPORTANT
we recommend fitting is done by a professional, it is also essential that a new OEM cam follower is fitted (Part No 06D-109-309C), regardless of the condition or limited use of the old. Failure to do so may cause premature components failure and consequently will invalidate any warranty claim.

That's pretty cheap compared to APR @ 1100 LOL. Still though wonder how the warranty is on this. Autotech makes one for about 400.

I wonder, since the LNF injectors fit the TSI. Why not take our HPFP too and see if it works.

lets just go ahead and plug this right into the n54 with a couple adapters and call it a day with the e92 chassis horsepower record
