• Active Autowerke E9X M3 S65 V8 Generation 2 Level III supercharge dyno - 589 wheel horsepower at 9.5 psi

Active Autowerke continues to update their E9X M3 supercharger kits and what you see here is the latest Generation II Level III setup. This updated kit features a Rotrex C38-92 supercharger pushing 9.5 psi on the stock internals with methanol injection and HKS iridium spark plugs. The result is 589.4 wheel horsepower and 378 pound-feet of wheel torque in SAE correction with 0 smoothing. The curve is jaw-dropping buttery smooth.

Active Autowerke has tested this blower up to 11 psi on the S65 V8's stock internals which the motor held without issue. Pricing on this kit is to be announced but the offering as stands currently is as follows:

      • Level 1 6 psi 575 kit inc intercooler | $10,800
      • Level 2 8 psi 640 kit inc intercooler | $12,800
      • Level 3 9.5 psi 675 kit inc Meth | TBA

Nicely done Active, dyno video below.

        Andrew,
Next time I dyno I think I may see a bit more than that. I'm sure the wheels will help, but now that the new s/c kit is en route to me I think we will see some fun figures Click here to enlarge. Thanks again man - can't say enough good things about the service thus far.

Thanks man they really go well on the car. I have the ADVs for sale on m3post if you know if anyone interested. Asking a very reasonable $3900 with tires, tpms, etc.

Click here to enlarge Thank you both for the kind words! So the red TE37s are a little too much for my taste so I think I am going to go for a nice dark bronze powdercoat. I think it will go nicer with the grey exterior and yellow calipers.

I'm expecting quite a nice package on Friday from Andrew! If I can't be patient and wait until Monday I'll probably try installing the upgrade kit myself over the weekend. I replaced my own kidney grills, hood vents and side gills so I think I can handle this.

I kid I kid. I did my own reflectors too! Click here to enlarge

They look particularly bad with the yellow calipers :/ ketchup and mustard lol. I'm rocking oem 19s at the moment which look great! ...but I need 18s

How much worse will the 19s be performance wise compared to the 18s? I know both are improvements over my 20" ADVs at least lol

The OEM 19's look awesome! What are the weight differences? The volks will be better but i doubt the OEM wheels are that much heavier than the volks and you probably won't notice much of a difference.

I think silver volks would look awesome but I like silver wheels so maybe I'm bias

Oh yeah the yellow brakes kind of kill it, but I love the red and grey.

A lot of red love in here! I think the volk red isn't deep enough and looks like a crayon if that makes sense. The type of red that looks beautiful IMO is http://ind-distribution.com/blog/?p=2186
that bronze too is gorgeous! The exact bronze that I am going for! Now before I make an irreversible decision, any other recommendations on 18" sets that would clear my BBK and are very high quality? I'm willing to spend some $ in this department.

        btw those tires are RS3s
