      There are going to be more and more supercharged E60 M5 and E63 M6 V10 vehicles on the road now that more affordable supercharger solutions are on the market. Velos Designwerks recently installed an ESS-Tuning VT2-650 supercharger kit which uses a Vortech based unit with self-contained oiling and a water/air aftercooler.

      On 93 octane pump gas the supercharged car puts down 562 wheel horsepower in STD correction. In SAE the result is 550 wheel horsepower. Conditions were warm in the 90 degree range. Definitely impressive but it would be great to know at what boost levels this rear wheel horsepower was reached.

      Regardless, this supercharger will add in the 140 rear wheel horsepower range to an M5/M6 S85 V10 on pump gas. Graphs and photos below, nicely done Velos!

        They don't have an intercooler/aftercooler for their S62 kit?
        I have a FMIC, but its not effective in 115-118 degree summer weather in SoCal

        Main pulley is a half inch bigger than stock. SC pulley is 3" Car puts out 640-650 at the crank. 512-520 at the wheels maybe even more. I don't have Dyno graphs, but sometime next month ill be taking the car to Gintani for few pulls.
