Motortrend C63 Black Series test numbers and video - 12.1@117.6 1/4 mile and Laguna Seca lap

Hot on the heels of the
Insideline C63 Black Series test Motortrend now provides their results. It even looks like this is the exact same test car which likely will be passed around to many automotive journalists. Motortrend hit a 12.1@117.6 which is more along the lines of what we expect versus the 12.2@115 that Insideline hit. Chalk this slight difference up to the change in test locations as well as the weather.
The car was handed over to race car driver Randy Pobst who took it around Laguna Seca. Comments are that it is not like any Mercedes Pobst has driven before and that it feels tighter and lighter. It was cool to see the comments but it's almost criminal to have the Black Series on Laguna Seca and not give us a laptime. It's honestly rather absurd and just seems like a wasted opportunity.
