      This is a rather interested development for the 4Matic C300. The model will be moving from the current (and underpowered!) 3.0 liter M272 V6 motor without direct injection to the new 3.5 liter direct injected M276 V6. This change is only taking place for the 4Matic C300 sedan starting in 2013. The M276 puts out 302 horsepower in the 350 models such as the C350, E350, and SLK350. It will likely be de-tuned with software only to hit 248 horsepower in the C300. This means an ECU tune should in theory bring it up to and past the 302 horsepower output of the 350 models. A bargain C350 4Matic Sedan? Sure looks like a possibility with just a tune.

        I would only like this if they would make space for a 2.5 - 3.5 turbo that could be found in future 350's

        It will come but for now this is a nice upgrade IMO.

        No I haven't raced with it for a while.

        But I raced a Nissan GT-R yesterday and smoked it by your SL63 Click here to enlarge
