      The 997 Carrera GTS is no slouch. It essentially bridges the (narrow) gap between the Carrera S and the GT3. With the PDK transmisison, it is a very quick car with its 408 horsepower 3.8 liter flat-6. The 1M is the slower vehicle stock for stock but all of us on BimmerBoost know how the N54 twin turbo under the hood responds to modifications. Well, with just a tune this 1M is able to make fairly quick work of this stock GTS in a roll on race. We are not sure what tune the 1M is running but the result is impressive.

        I'm not surprised. The 1M has somewhere in the range of 330 rwhp while the GTS has 408 crank hp. A 15% drivetrain loss would put the GTS at about 350 rwhp. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you can gain 50 rwhp out of a tune for a 1M. A 380 rwhp tiny 1M is no joke.

        well i own a 997.1 GT3 and I did a run with my friends 1M whos fully bolt on (intercooler,turboback), ess stage 2 beta tune and we were pretty much dead even with me pulling at the top of each gear .

        That ess part is likely the problem. Burger, Cobb, or Vishnu put out the most power, there are several cars with more custom flashes up there as well but they only seem to be on company or race cars.
