      Vorsteiner has released their aero kit for the E70 X5M. Just like with the X6M, the pieces compliment the car well and are not overdone. The complete kit includes a vented hood, diffuser and add-on front lip. The parts are made out of autoclaved pre-preg carbon fiber and they simply look great.         This is not an aero kit. The hood is terrible. If one is going to do a hood please look at the E53 X5 Lemans, it has revese blisters. That is how you design a hood! The add-on lip spoiler does nothing. The rear diffusor is really good looking and adds a little more attitude and looks well designed. They better be past previous quality issues which were posted on here.

        Maybe just semantics, I guess. To me and anyone is free to disagree with me. But an aero kit would be a front valance, side skirts, rear valance and the option of a rear wing/spoiler as either stand alone pieces or a complete package. And in the G-Power world, an optional carbon fiber or carbon/kevlar hood as a final piece if so desired which offered here. These are alacarte, which one could also do with an aero package, but not an aero kit to me.

        I think that is just a different perspective, there is no minimum or maximum of pieces necessary. Perhaps minimum as there should be more than 1 piece or else that isn't really a kit.
