G-power 725 horsepower widebody E71 X6M Typhoon - Horsepower claims are unrealistic and unsubstantiated

G-power tends to make a lot of announcements with big, bold claims. Their recently revealed X6M Typhoon does not break this mold. G-power states their V3 performance kit ups the horsepower in the twin turbo S63 V8 to 725 and torque to 656 pound-feet. There is no dyno to substantiate this power claim they say they get with a tune, manifolds, and exhaust. From the dyno's we have seen claiming 175 horsepower gained with those modifications alone is not happening but no mainstream sites bother to question G-power's unsubstantiated claims.
The power kit also costs about $18,000 which is simply way too much money. If that pricing for bolt on's is fine with you then the roughly $18,000 wide body kit (extra $7-8k for the carbon hood) should not bother you either. If spending $36,000 is palatable then what is another $35,000 for ceramic brakes and coil-overs? Might as well just give them a blank check and have them put whatever they want on it. We like the body kit, we like the parts, but we would prefer to see a dyno graph or real performance numbers along with more realistic pricing.
