The Cayman R in stock form is fairly potent putting out 330 horsepower from a 3.4 liter motor with 12.5:1 compression. That is just under 100 horsepower per liter from a fairly small and high strung naturally aspirated motor. Squeezing out more power is not easy but EVOMS was able to get gains of 16 horsepower and 14 pound-feet of torque at peak. Through the curve, they were able to pick up 20 horsepower in the mid range.
