• New overall BMW 60-130 record set by a twin turbo E36 M3 - 4.49

The overall BMW 60-130 record has been broken by a twin turbo E36 M3. Yes, this car belongs to Mert Dastan. Not the most credible source in the BMW world and someone who has accrued a questionable reputation. Therefore, we advice readers to keep these questions of credibility in mind when reviewing the provided details of this run. The car is a Euro spec E36 M3 with twin 68 mm turbos, custom intercoolers, and an 8900 rpm redline. The car was run on C16 at 27 psi. There is no video of the run and the owner admits there is nitrous on the car although claims it was not used.

Yes, making a sub 5 second run is harder than taking photos which is why we wonder why there aren't photos? Or details? Or dynographs? Or videos? Or anything really on this car or the other.

I'm glad you feel great but that graph could be anybody at this point without even showing the car exists. No build threads? Dynos? Nothing?

regarding dyno, E36 M3 put down 640 whp on dyno dynamics at 17 psi @ 6000 rpm. I have the graphs and need to transfer from the dyno to my laptop.

this is like 730 whp on a dyno jet. DJet reads 15 % more than DD in shoot out mode.

I have taken E36 M3 off the dyno, cause the dynamics puts stress onto the car, and I put it on the road.

I wanted to see real road results. Remember I ve made 997 whp dynamics 3 years ago with my E46 M3. 3 years ago 997 whp with mid boost.

This E36 M3 put down 640 whp (730 dyno jet) @ 6000 rpm. But on the road we rev higher, and boosted higher. So the 60-130 run was with xxx whp.

Throw the dyno figures into garbage, just look at the 60-130 times.

no no, it adds horsepower, improves aerodynamics.

        Batta,

tell your friend in Istanbul to race me, the one with a hpp stage 3, and we will see the results.

I promise to start 10 car lengths behind.

my 60-130 mph takes 199 meters.

        a hppp stage 3 with a 6,8 s will take 320-330 meters.

Difference is 100-130 meters. this is 330 -350 feet difference from 60 to 130 mph.

Dont act like a child and bash on bimmerboost over the biased forum.

Just please your stage 3 friend to race me.
Yeah, promise to start 10 car lengths behind. Cause ten cars make 45 meters, no problems.

Don't have no friends in turkey. I was asking a question not bashing. I was one of only people that's voted to keep you here, then you attack me because I can't afford vbox.

If I had one I would compare data till your head spins. I don't care if my hpf2.5 are slow. I really don't care.

The pink colour ith... um... fabulouth.

Batta, dont tell me you cant afford one, after spending on a turbo kit. hppp should borrow you a vbox just to let me shut up.

anyway, I am not allowed over fanatics, you may start a thread and tell the m3 in Istanbul to race me.

those who suspect my times will see what goes on.

I do promise to get my m3 checked by hppp owner so that he sees there will be no nitrous. pure boost pressure and 4,49 s 60-130 and will put 130 feet difference.

the vick, taza claims me using a 300 shot. thanks to him, wish I could. nitrous will come soon. not for now.

it must be sad for taza to want good times but still suffer with a 6,8 s. The difference between me and taza is 100-130 feet up to 130 mph. Cant even imagine over 130 mph.

1 more thing, those bubbles over the car are whp bubbles, just put on your m3 and you will see a full 1 second improvement Click here to enlarge

        excuses excuses.....

please tell taza not to claim a 5.5 second.

His best time has been 6,8 s.

the 5.5 s time he claims was over 3 % decline. Can you tell him not to act like a jealous boy?

he could not verify a less than 6.8 s run.
