    • Active Autowerke Stage 2 E92/E90 M3 supercharger with meth injection dyno numbers - 499 whp

We are a little surprised with these results. The car here belongs to BimmerBoost members akh23456 and he was kind of enough to send us the dyno graphs. We have been following his Active Autowerke Stage 2 build which was completed by Maximum PSI and now have the independent dyno results. In SAE correction the car hit 499 whp, not cracking 500 on any run. Runs were done in 4th and 5th gears and the car is a DCT. The higher number you see on the graph here is the best 5th gear run vs. the best 4th gear run, take a look.

Pretty sure you can get more aggressive tunes from AA. I know with s54 kits they offered them. Toss the cats out the window probably free up 20rwhp or so.

i'll talk with in due time i just want to get used to the power that i have now and extremely happy with. i want this car to last forever honestly because i don't plan on ever selling this m as well.

no LM your fine man...i just want the correct info out i am not trying to hide anything.

i also found out that one of my secondary o2 sensors got cut up before my sc was installled and i had CEL because of that.

Can't wait to see this car. I was just saying once your ready for more power I'm sure AA will help you. They were great when I had there kit but a sc couldn't feed my fix for more boost.

        First thing drop this cats.

I'm not surprised. I ran an Active Autowerke Stage 1 E92 with DCT and was able to pull away from it. We ran from 50 to 130ish and I had it by a solid car length. Considering the Stage 1 kit is rated at around 480-490rwhp and this particular car had DCT (huge advantage) I think my Gintani stage 2 E46 M3 did well.

Here are updated dynographs from Maximum PSI, not familiar with this type of dyno. Boost is right around 7.5 psi:

if you see the dynos it doesn't hit 7.5 till after the run is over ? or am i reading the graph wrong?

There is a spike sometimes at the end due to the throttle bodies closing. You seem to be at 7.

I'm not sure, but have you posted the graph? If not, please do in the S54 section with details.

That is freaking STRONG for an SC S54, especially on that dyno.

yeah my sc e92 was around 465whp on their dyno. In the e46 that should be flying!

Haven't had a chance e-mail myself the dyno graph. JJ's car made 491rwhp, but he has a full exhaust system as well. My car was dyno'd with CSL headers and the rest stock, so I should pick up a few more ponies when they build my exhaust system.

Please send yourself the graph ASAP.
