• Preliminary Weistec Supercharged M156 CLK63 Black Series Dyno Results - 640 wheel horsepower

Here are the preliminary results for JRCART's CLK63 Black Series running the Weistec supercharger. The car has the Weistec race supercharger package which includes the Weistec heads, cams, and fuel system including larger injectors. The car ran 14.5 psi of boost on stock internals which is incredible really. That is a lot of boost for the stock internals to handle. The tires were slipping on the dyno due to the power which can be seen in the graph so these are just preliminary results. They will be trying again with new rubber in the next few days and likely hitting the 7XX whp range.

Yep.... they sent everybody that depressing e-mail a few hours ago. I think the problem is Fontana is such a nasty track to race at: high elevation, high temperatures, high humidity, polluted area (industrial surroundings), sometimes bad track prep, etc.... Also, they do enforce all NHRA rules even during private events Click here to enlarge

Well Mo,there is only one logical solution: fill up ur car&start driving East to MIR..you should make it there by the 22nd for the rental lol!
Maybe Jrcart will ship his car to MIR as well

Damn thats some impressive power! I bet the stock tranny is the one to go.Click here to enlarge You need a 5spd tranny like the 65 biturbo AMGs which can take the massive trq.

Congrats to JRCart for getting this done and Weistec Engineering for getting it running. The results are looking great.

It does sound like the East Coast is the best solution to getting the car run at it's potential and getting it geared up at the track.

I agree with your line of thinking but the tranny seems to be taking it.

Hope you're right... these things have a way of changing, back and forth, back and forth, up until around a day or so in advance - after which they're usually almost right.

We aren't going to know until Thursday LOL. Right now there's a 50% chance of rain. What worries me is that MIR usually has the weather we do in CBus, OH the day prior, and it's raining now and won't stop for another 4 days. Click here to enlarge

That is a dynojet and the stock compression of the M156 is 11.3:1
