At 8000 miles, if you're going to take it apart again, I'd replace the disk as well. And if you're replacing the disk, I'd just get a stage 3+ clutch and never look back (great clutch!). If you think you'll ALWAYS be on stock turbos, I'd go with the 2+. I don't see a point in the stage 2.

Lots of people run that much boost on twins, and pressure is pressure. You should be fine, at least for a while.

Yeah im all over the place lol, what im really tryng to say is can i run a single setup with 22-24lb of boost without capping the 6 ports for awhile?in the meantime run a highside/lowside setup.would like to enjoy the car a little.eventually will take the valvecover off to cap the 6 ports.I already sandblasted the intakes & will do PI soon.

You have contradicting statements. Taking valve cover off and not taking it off anytime soon. But if you are, capping the six ports is a must. Also, I would walnut blast the intake valves. For OCC, high side: AD Engineering N54 Flapper Delete > hose fitting > BMS OCC in > BMS OCC out on top of air intake. Low side: RB External PCV Kit > hose fitting > Mishimoto. If you get the port injection, you would never have to worry about walnut blasting again.

Maybe. I don't know how it's coming as my tuner doesn't really bother with details, updates, or basic communication.

Gotcha... i guess the thought was the spec clutch works for OEM flywheel and the Mfactory SMFW works with OEM Clutch... are the parts interchangeable? Like can i get a stage 3 pressure plate on a stage 2 clutch disk???

Two thoughts. First is that you should verify your clutch/PP is made for aftermarket flywheel. IIRC (and I have be mistaken; I haven't used a DMFW in years), when I had my Spec clutches, there were two models: one for DMFW, and one for SMFW. I had a DMFW and 2+ clutch and when I went to SMFW, I bought a new clutch PP for this very reason (upgraded to 3+ while I was there). This is likely your issue. Second thought is you got grease on your flywheel. Edit, here is a chart: http://www.specclutch.com/cars/BMW/335/2007/Single

Ok guys something is off here as i refuse to believe my clutch isslipping 8000 miles in... back story is i have a spec stg2 clutch (not 2+) which grabbed fine but i got those high rpm misfires so i chalked it up to flywheel being OEM, so after changing to Mfactory smfw and my clutch is immediately slipping.. the clutch is 8000 miles new with absolutely no signs of slipping before... i have the 8 bolt flywheel for my 07... triple checkecked part number and its MF-TRS-09E92 and im puzzled as to how my clutch immediately is slipping with no added mileage.. anybody else had any issues with this???

Well since I'm swapping everything over to the 135i, I'm parting out the e90. If you want to know about something or pictures, let me know. Engine, trans and diff are NOT for sale. Car is gold/champagne with tan interior. Also selling: - a roll cage that was built by overrev/motiv to fit around factory seats and race seats. Bolts in. $500 plus buyer pays shipping. Or can arrange for pick up. -planted race seat brackets for driver and passenger side on e90/92. This allows you to put race seats in your car without having to build the conversion bracket. $250 shipped in the US excluding Hawaii and Alaska. 2 pics of roll cage. Will take more when I get it out

Thanks man! Yeah I've seen those brakes. Not sure how much an improvement they'll be, but really, I'd want a proper BBK for easy pad changes and proven performance. Car will continue to see more track time, so no use in upgrading unless it's a part that will stay on the car and not need replacing. Yeah, lots of tracked N54's run a dual oil cooler setup. The one from Evolution Racewerks looks to be the most solid and thought out, but comes at a big premium. If my single CSF doesn't cut it, I'll go that route or similar. But, I am very confident we'll see a dramatic improvement in oil temps once I cut the pass side grille out. This is what's going on. And this is what it needs to be! Oil cooler is seeing no airflow.

Loving the updates mate. Have you considered the 370mm m performance f30 brakes as a cheap upgrade ? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/282480942059 fronts bolt straight up but rears need the calipers machined. Theres a thread on another forum where you can find info on the rears. Also have you considered a second oil cooler? I've seen several threads where a second pass cooler on the opposite side of the car has had a dramatic affect.

Well, not everyone in California is like that and the ones on car forums tend to be nothing like the typical liberals. We can't all be intelligent.
